Dept. head for mortgage brokerage division of nationwide dot com. lead generating company. Built and managed staff of 18 in-house loan officers, 6 processors and assistants, 3 telemarketers. In addition, built and expanded outside network of loan officers nationwide. Hire and train as necessary, including development and updating of training and compliance manuals. Identify viable lenders, products and guidelines, establish and maintain relationships. Worked with Calyx Point and moved to Genesis 2000 processing systems.
